Turnaround
Our Turnaround service are for those couples who are getting married at a venue who need items moved from ceremony to Wedding breakfast.

Prior to the event we will schedule meetings in and create a "Plan of the day" which will include floor plans and various notes from you the client and the venue as to where the items are to be moved to in the safest possible way. The majority of hired items are heavy or a little awkward to carry, something we are very much used to, but some venues dont realize just how heavy these items are. Thats why its best to leave to the professionals.
Our team will ensure that the set up is to the highest standard without any fuss and will ensure the protection of our items to ensure that any damages to relate back to you.
On The Day CoOrdination
On-the-Day Wedding Co-ordination is for couples who have everything booked and planned but feel they would a like some professional help to ensure the smooth running on there special days plans.

Prior to the day of the wedding,Flossy Pots Events will contact all the suppliers to organise the timings of the day and create a ‘Plan of the Day’. We will also assist you with the styling and decor of the day. Creating floor plans, moodboards and ensuring everything will look exactly how you want it to. There will be meetings with you in the lead up to the wedding with a final meeting 2 weeks before the wedding to go over all the final details and timings.

This package is perfect if you already have everything planned and especially if you are having a marquee/tipi wedding. If you are getting married in a venue we work alongside the venue staff and caterers to organise all logistics and be the point of contact throughout. This package can be booked in as far in advance as you would like and you can then hand everything over to us in the final months before your wedding day.

You will have our team present on your wedding day from start to finish to meet suppliers and set everything up for you. If this is a marquee/tipi wedding we can also be on site in the days leading up to the wedding.
​
On the day itself we will be the first port of call for any questions from suppliers and will be there in the background to ensure everything goes smoothly.
​
It will be the perfect stress-free day and you will be able to relax and enjoy your special day knowing that everything will go according to plan.
Prices start from £500 depending on the venue & number of guests
