Returns Policy – Personalised Welcome Boards

As all of our welcome boards are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Before Production

Please ensure that all wording, spelling, dates, and design details are correct before approving your order. Once your order has been confirmed and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your welcome board arrives damaged, faulty, or differs from the details you approved, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the item and any packaging.

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns

As our welcome boards are personalised specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged if:

• You change your mind.
• You no longer require the item.
• There are spelling, wording, or design errors that were approved before production.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to the remedies available under applicable consumer law.
